HR Generalist
Gurgaon, India
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers
- Develop prospects into candidates - engage, sustain relationships, screen and share prospective talent with the recruiters.
- Act as subject matter expert and strategic sourcing advisor to partners at all levels
- Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you support
- Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of iBovi by participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
- Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
- VISA processing Knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or additional 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, Ceipal, and similar candidate outreach tools
- Talent Mapping & Talent Data experience
- Experience participating in hiring events
- Experience in Construction, Engineering, Finance, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Aviation, Manufacturing industries
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Workday
- Exempt and non-exempt position recruiting experience
- Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience
- High volume recruiting experience
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Participate in Strategic Sourcing efforts
- Format resumes for customer submittal
- Strong computer skills and an ability to quickly master new programs
- Willing to gain expertise in applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency, and customer service orientation along with a highly professional phone manner.
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organized, with a proven history of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Data Lead
Gurgaon, India
Responsibilities
• Assist in the delivery of the project data control work instructions covering data validation and handover to Operations, based the Company’s specific data control delivery procedure.
• Maintain the project reference data libraries for each data-oriented application.
• Collect and validate data from the execution contractors and / or internal Capital Project stakeholders into a central data repository.
• Assist with the preparation of data handover to Commissioning and to Operations, or handover to next project phase.
• Assist with the preparation and issue of the data performance reports.
• Deliver project document control against project procedures for internal and external design and vendor documents, and project correspondence.
• Comply with the Company Records Management for Controlled and not-Controlled documents.
• Undertake project filing, archiving and handover preparation.
• Execute document control activities like document registration, quality checks and distribute the document to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience And Qualifications Required
• Previous experience in engineering IM is desirable
• Data control processes and associated application, with exposure in an engineering / project environment, cross-discipline engineering data (requirements and use) including business data model of engineering, spare parts processes, Maintenance Management System build processes (desirable).
• Cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within project teams (desirable).
• Records Management principles and implementation methods.
• Document control and document management systems as well as in using (at least some of) project reporting software such as Crystal, Business Objects, MS Access, and Excel (desirable).
• Experience in working with EDWs such as SPF, AVEVA, or AHA is desirable
• Experience in working with EDMS such as Assai Cloud, ALIM, Aconex is desirable.
